Quest-based practice

Knightshire Training Grounds

The same training grounds you see in the app—choose a quest, swipe through scrolls, and keep refining every phrase.

Choose Your Quest

Tap Choose Your Quest to pick the challenge you want to run. First select the quest (a book of challenges), then choose a specific Lesson Scroll. Only scrolls that match the languages selected in the main app appear, so you never end up with the wrong script.

The Training Cards

Each lesson is a mini deck. The card header shows the phrase in your target language, while your native-language translation sits underneath it—tap the translation to hide or reveal it.

  • Swipe right to advance to the next card.
  • Swipe left to revisit the previous one.
  • Long-press anywhere on the card to jump directly to another phrase.

Stay in the Flow

The text box is your in-app quill. Type the phrase exactly; when you finish it correctly the field clears and the next card loads automatically. It’s the fastest way to wire a new keyboard layout into muscle memory.

Letter Reinforcement Effect

Need an extra nudge? Toggle Letter Reinforcement Effect to project the next required character front and center. It’s ideal when you are moving between alphabets or still learning where diacritics live.

Manage Your Scrolls

Tap the gear (⚙️) next to the quest selector to open Manage Quests. There you can:

  • Create brand-new quests.
  • Add, edit, or reorder the lesson scrolls inside existing quests.
  • Keep specialized lesson sets grouped for classes, trips, or tutoring.
